Michelle works within our Residential Conveyancing team at our Southampton office supporting the department with all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Michelle joined the firm in 2012 and has been a residential conveyancer since 2008. Since joining the firm, Michelle has built a strong reputation with clients, local estate agents and other property professionals. Michelle’s conveyancing experience has always focused on Southampton and its surrounding areas, and she therefore has an excellent understanding of the local property market.

- Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements.
