Michala works within our Residential Conveyancing team at our Lymington office supporting the department with all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters. Michala has lived and worked in the immediate area for the whole of her working life and has been a conveyancing paralegal since 2015.

- Preparing contract documentation.
- Reviewing title papers.
- Procuring and reviewing searches.
- Raising and replying to standard enquiries.
- Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties.
- Assisting with post-completion requirements such as SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
