Fundraising for Oakhaven Hospice
After six busy months of fundraising, the team from Eric Robinson's Lymington office are delighted to confirm that the total raised from the Oakhaven Hospice £100 challenge was… £1,697.
The fundraising initiative, sponsored by The Beaverbrook Foundation, launched in February 2018, and with the £100 seed fund, the office have organised bake sales, world cup sweepstakes, a summer party and have been collecting donations from generous people visiting the Lymington office.
Catherine Day from the Lymington office (6th from the right) said “The Lymington office has again been delighted to support the Oakhaven Hospice’s £100 challenge, kindly supported by The Beaverbrook Foundation.
Last Friday, all participants were invited to a lunch to thank us for taking part. It is always both moving and inspiring to visit Oakhaven and see the work that they do. It’s a wonderful, local cause to support.”
Participants of the challenge were presented with trophies recognising their achievements last Friday by Lady Beaverbook of The Beaverbrook Foundation.
