Christmas arrangements for the children
Now that Halloween is over, the next big event is Christmas. In addition to present buying and preparation for the day itself, parents who have separated also have to agree how the children will spend the festive period.
At Christmas, emotions can often be heightened and disagreements in relation to the children can cause severe strain.
If you therefore haven’t made arrangements or cannot agree on those arrangements, we would recommend that you take advice as soon as possible in order to understand your options. This is particularly important where there is a dispute which may require court involvement or you have booked a holiday abroad.
