Yazmyn works within our Wills, Trusts & Succession Department at our Shoreham Office supporting the department with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting with Estate Administration.
Yazmyn joined the Private Client team in our Shoreham office in March 2023 and has over 10 years’ of legal experience, initially in Litigation and Personal Injury but from 2022 moved into Private Client.
Qualifications and professional memberships
- Yazmyn graduated from the Open University with a first-class law degree and aims to sit the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.
Experience and expertise
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney for Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare.
- Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.
- Preparing Wills.
- Assisting with the administration of estates including ascertaining asset and liability details in readiness for probate applications.
- Securing assets post grant, attending to the payment of debts, and advising as to the distribution of assets as between beneficiaries
