Victoria is based at our Chandlers Ford office, having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2022, and later, qualifying into the Wills, Trusts and Succession department in May 2024. Victoria combines legal expertise with an empathetic approach, guiding clients through the delicate matters of Wills and Probate, ensuring each client’s needs are met with precision and care.

- LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology Degree, 2:1, University of Portsmouth, 2020
- Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management, Distinction, 2021
- Admitted as a solicitor, May 2024

- Preparation of all types of Wills, including Simple and Complex Wills, Lifetime Trust Wills and Discretionary Trust Wills.
- Advising as to the Severance of Joint Tenancies.
- Registration of existing Enduring Powers of Attorney and advising as to their use thereafter.
- Preparing and advising on all aspects of making and operating both types of Lasting Power of Attorney.
- Preparation of General Powers of Attorney.
- Preparing Declarations of Trusts for co-owners of property.
- Drafting post death Deeds of Variation.
- Obtaining Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration.
- Realising estate assets and attending to distribution between beneficiaries.
