Tanya works within our Wills, Trusts & Succession department at our Southampton office supporting the department with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and with the Administration of Estates. Tanya has gained experience as a Private Client paralegal since November 2022.

- LPC LLM (Commendation), Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, 2022
Experience and expertise
- Preparing Wills of all types.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Assisting with the Administration of Estates including ascertaining asset and liability details in readiness for Probate Applications.
- Securing assets post-Grant, attending to the payment of debts, and assisting with the distribution of assets to beneficiaries.
- Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.
