Sylvia has specialised in Residential Property since she qualified in 2013, and has previously worked in London, Dubai, Eastbourne, Hastings and Worthing. Sylvia also takes on commercial property instructions. Slyvia has received client praise on her ability “to take the stress out” by ensuring all parties are kept well informed, resolving issues and “holding the client’s hand”.
Sylvia is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese assisting her client base in their native language(s). Sylvia has also trained and lectured on a variety of property topics to fellow trainee solicitors and written extensively on property hot topics.
