Sarah joined the firm in April 2024 and has over 30 years’ experience of working in law. She has specialised in Family Law since 2007. Sarah has a wealth of experience in all areas of Family Law and has a keen interest in cases involving domestic abuse, as well as financial and property relief pursuant to divorce or relationship breakdown. Sarah is often commended by clients for being approachable and relaxed in her manner, whilst being dogged in pursuit of her client’s arguments.

- Divorce applications, from advice through to issuing proceedings and obtaining the Final Order (formerly Decree Absolute)
- All aspects of financial matters pursuant to divorce, including advice, preparing Consent Orders, negotiating agreements and Financial Remedy Proceedings, including issues relating to property and pensions
- Private Children matters including applications for live with and spend time Orders (formerly residence and contact), specific issue and prohibited steps Orders, applications for the return of a child, and relocation within the UK
- Advising upon and preparing Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
- Advising upon and preparing Cohabitation Agreements for unmarried couples
- Advising and assisting in relation to all forms of Civil Partnership disputes
- Live With/Shared Housing Agreements for friends and/or family members
- Change of Name Deeds for adults and children
- Advising and assisting in relation to making or resisting Domestic abuse applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
