Samantha joined Eric Robinson Solicitors in 2007 as an office junior and then Legal Assistant, before training as a Residential Conveyancer in 2014. Samantha left the firm but has recently returned to continue her career advising clients on Residential Conveyancing matters.

- Assisting with all aspects of buying and selling residential property, including drafting of contracts, raising and responding to enquiries, investigating titles, obtaining searches and reporting the results to clients. Dealing with all pre-exchange work, exchanging contracts and attending to the completion of transactions.
- Assisting in the sale and purchase of unregistered land.
- Dealing with transfers of equity to remove parties or to add parties to or from the title to property;
- Reconstructing, deducing and first registration applications of unregistered land.
- Fully adhering to all external anti-money laundering and lender requirements;
- Dealing with mortgages and separate re-mortgage transactions;
- Attending to all post-completion formalities including responding to any requisitions raised by HM Land Registry and any Leasehold post-completion requirements.
