Phoebe joined the firm in July 2025 in the Wills, Trusts and Succession Department.
She can provide advice in relation to a multitude of Private Client matters such as
Lasting Powers of Attorney, preparation of Wills and Estate Administration. Phoebe
also has experience in Court of Protection work for both welfare and finance,
including Deputyship Applications. She prides herself on bringing a personal touch
with a down to earth approach, making her clients feel at ease.

- 6+ years’ experience of working in law
- Background in specialist costs law
- Representing and advising vulnerable clients in sensitive matters under the Court of Protection
- Advising and assisting in all aspects of Estate Administration, including registering the death, obtaining Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration and distribution of assets
- Acting for and advising Professional Executors in Estate Administration
- Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Preparing and advising on Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection
- Preparing and advising on all types of Wills, including providing Inheritance Tax advice and creation of Will Trusts
- Preparation of Declarations of Trusts of property ownership and Severance of Tenancy (in conjunction with Will preparation)
