Nayo joined the firm in November 2025 as Head of Employment. He specialises in all aspects of employment law, advising both employees and employers on the full range of workplace issues.
Nayo acts for clients in claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination, including cases involving redundancy, alleged gross misconduct, and performance or capability concerns. He provides clear, practical guidance to employees navigating grievance and disciplinary processes and advises individuals who have experienced harassment, victimisation, or unfair treatment at work.
On the employer side, Nayo supports businesses with day-to-day HR and employment law matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, managing complex disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy and restructuring processes, and defending employment tribunal claims.
His approach is to provide balanced and strategic advice, helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes while minimising risk and disruption.

- High Court Litigation: Led a team of lawyers over three years recovering compensation for a large group of claimants, pursuing overtime claims for failure to pay a statutory debt.
- Discrimination & Harassment: Successfully represented a claimant in a case involving serious allegations of racial discrimination and harassment, achieving a favourable outcome.
- Disability Discrimination: Acted for a claimant in a disability discrimination case that settled at judicial mediation on the terms sought by the client.
- Group Litigation: Represented multiple claimants in an unlawful deduction of wages group claim, successfully recovering the sums owed to the claimants.
- Unfair Dismissal: Successfully representing the claimant in a case (Ramshaw v Abingdon) that progressed to a final hearing, with the tribunal finding the dismissal unfair and awarding compensation.
