Natasha is Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department based at the firm’s Hedge End office. She joined the firm in 2024 and assists with all types of disputes relating to Wills, Trusts, Probate and succession issues. She assists with proceedings in the Court of Protection, and deals with Contentious Probate generally. Natasha values delivering a supportive and straightforward service to her clients.

- Advising and assisting with disputes concerning Wills, including claims challenging the validity of Wills for a variety of reasons
- Advising and assisting with the preparation of Larke v Nugus requests for Will information.
- Advising and assisting with making, and responding to, claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975
