Holly is a Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Property team at our Hedge End office, having joined the firm in June 2026. Holly has been a Residential Conveyancer since 2020 and, with this experience, is able to assist clients with a wide range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Holly is committed to providing a proactive and efficient service, guiding clients through the conveyancing process with clear communication and practical advice.
Holly is also working towards qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX).
Qualifications and professional memberships
Holly completed the CILEx Advanced CPQ Qualification in 2024.

- Raising and replying to standard enquiries.
- Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties.
- Assisting with post-completion requirements such as SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
