Georgina is a Senior Solicitor, who joined the firm in May 2025, working out of our recently acquired Fitzhugh Gates office in Shoreham-By-Sea. She specialises in commercial property work, including agricultural land, primarily in the Southeast region. Georgina has worked in the Shoreham, Brighton and Hove areas all of her life but has dealt with commercial property work spanning the breadth of England throughout her career.

- Legal Practice Course and Masters in Business, University of Law London (2017);
- Admitted as a Solicitor (2022).
Experience and Expertise
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial, and mix use, property;
- Sale, purchase and transfers of equity in respect of freehold agricultural land with vacant possession, and with agricultural tenants in situ;
- Advising on licences to occupy in respect of property and agricultural land;
- Advising landlord and tenants and assisting with negotiations in the grant of new leases and underleases of commercial premises, from standard high street shops to industrial unit warehouses;
- Advising on lease renewals, including with utility providers;
- Advising on rent deposit deeds, licences to alter and agreements for lease;
- Advising in relation to deeds of surrender and deeds of variation;
- Advising landlord, tenants and incoming tenants in respect of assigning an existing lease;
- Negotiating and advising in relation to deeds of easement;
- Advising in relation to option agreements, rights of pre-emption and overage;
- Advising and assisting in relation to all forms of commercial loan agreements.
