Daniel has been advising in relation to all aspects of private client work including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and estates of all sorts, since before qualification. He joined the firm in 2022, and works from the firm’s Lymington office. Daniel is a great listener and is passionate about the advice he provides to his clients.

Experience and expertise
- Over 8 years working in law, initially as a Legal Advisor and then as a Solicitor
- Drafting Wills of all types, from simple low value estates to more complex higher value estates and including trust and inheritance tax considerations
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Preparation of general Powers of Attorney
- Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney where necessary
- Creating Trusts, including the preparation of Trust documents, such as Deeds of Appointment, Deeds of Retirement and Appointment of Trustees
- Advising and assisting in relation to post death administration of estates, from the registration of death to obtaining a grant of representation (with our without a Will) and distribution of assets
- Advising as to the taxation aspects of estate administration (Capital Gains tax, Inheritance Tax and Income Tax)
- Drafting post death Deeds of Variation
- Assisting clients with non-contentious Court of Protection applications
