Chantelle joined Eric Robinson Solicitors in January 2025 as a solicitor in the Residential Property Department, based in our Chandlers Ford office. She has over 4 years’ experience in both residential and commercial property. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and approachable in every aspect of the property transaction, and aims to ensure that her clients have complete confidence throughout their transactions and are regularly updated on the transaction progress.

- Dealing with all aspects of buying and selling both freehold and leasehold property, including investigating titles, drafting of contracts, raising and responding to enquiries, obtaining searches and reporting to clients.
- Dealing with both sale and purchase of unregistered land.
- Dealing with transfers of equity to remove parties or add parties to the property title.
- Reconstructing, deducing and first registration applications of unregistered land.
- Thorough knowledge in transfer of part titles.
- Preparing statutory declarations.
- Drafting and reviewing leases.
- Chantelle is fluent in Turkish.
