Ben is based at our Chandlers Ford office, having joined the firm in January 2026. He assists with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and deals with all aspects of estate administration. Ben combines legal expertise with an empathetic and down-to-earth approach, helping his clients to feel at ease while navigating the delicate matters of Wills and Probate.

- LLB Law degree (First Class) University of Surrey, 2020
- Legal Practice Course, and Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Law, Exeter, 2021 (Distinction)
- Admitted as a Solicitor, September 2023
Experience and Expertise
- Preparation of Wills, including simple Wills, Life Interest Trust Wills and Discretionary Trust Wills
- Advising as to the Severance of Joint Tenancies
- Preparing and advising on all aspects of making and operating both types of Lasting Power of Attorney
- Preparing Declarations of Trust for co-owners of property.
- Drafting post-death Deeds of Variation
- Advising on the rules in relation to lifetime gifts for the purposes of inheritance tax planning
- Obtaining Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration
- Realising estate assets and attending to distribution between beneficiaries.
