Joseph is a Trainee Solicitor in the Family Department and is based at the firm’s Chandlers Ford office. Joseph joined the firm in 2025 assisting both the commercial and residential property departments before commencing his seat in the Family Department in April 2026. Joseph prides himself on being easily contactable and communicating clearly with his clients making sure they feel well informed and supported throughout their matter.

Experience and Expertise
- Over 3 years’ experience in property law, assisting both residential and commercial property teams.
- Assisting the commercial property department on a variety of transactions including, freehold and leasehold commercial property sales and purchases, the granting and taking of leases, refinancing, option agreements, overage agreements and a range of licences.
- Assisting the residential property department with client matters relating to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, first registrations, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
