- Admitted as a Solicitor, September 2018.

Experience and expertise
- Over ten years’ experience working in the legal sector, with nine years specialising in Wills, Trusts, and Succession planning.
- Advising on and drafting Wills of all types, including complex, high-value estates involving Inheritance Tax planning and the creation of Will trusts.
- Advising on the severance of Joint tenancies between co-owners and preparing Declarations of Trust.
- Advising on lifetime gifts and their implications for Inheritance Tax planning.
- Preparing and advising on both Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Preparing and advising on Court of Protection applications.
- Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
- Advising and assisting with post-death estate administration, from registration of death through to obtaining grants of representation (with or without a Will), realisation of assets, and distribution to beneficiaries.
- Advising on the taxation aspects of estate administration, including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Income Tax, and preparing Deeds of Variation.
