Dawn joined Eric Robinson Solicitors (formally Merriman Solicitors) in December 2025 as a Conveyancing Executive in the Residential Property Department in our Marlborough Office.
Dawn has been working in Conveyancing since 2014 after working in Estate Agency for 11 years.
Qualifications and Professional Memberships
- Completed level 3 Cilex.
- Cilex Advanced CPQ Qualification (due to be completed in 2026).
Experience and Expertise
- Advising and assisting clients regarding various aspects of the conveyancing process, freehold and leasehold, including the drafting and issuing of sale contracts and legal documentation, legal title investigations, the raising and attending to pre-contract property enquiries, exchanging contracts, attending to legal completion and attending to post-completion stamp duty and land registration requirements.
