Rachel works within our Wills, Trusts & Succession Department at our Shoreham Office supporting the department with the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting with Estate Administration. Rachel has worked in private client departments for over 15 years and has gained paralegal experience since 2023.
Experience and expertise
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney for Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare.
- Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.
- Assisting with the administration of estates including ascertaining asset and liability details in readiness for probate applications.
- Securing assets post grant, attending to the payment of debts, and advising as to the distribution of assets as between beneficiaries
