Flavia joined the firm in November 2024. She is one of our Associate Solicitors and advises on administration of estates, Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and estate planning.

- Fluent in English and Italian and able to provide legal advice in both languages.
- Advising on Wills from simple Wills to complex tax-efficient Wills including trusts.
- Advising a wide range of clients and experienced in advising high net worth clients on estate planning.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and providing advice on and preparing Business Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Advising and assisting in relation to all other aspects of estate administration including death notification, dealing with HMRC and inheritance tax, gathering assets and effecting distributions to beneficiaries.
- Transferring the title to property following the death of one or more co-owners
- Drafting estate accounts
- Advising on post death tax planning and preparation of Deeds of Variation.
- Preparing Declarations of Trust.
