Dana joined the firm in 2021 as an advocate in the Dispute Resolution Department based at our Southampton (Hedge End) office. Dana specialises in advocacy in the lower civil courts, but is also able to advise in relation to many areas of contract and tort within the civil law

Experience and expertise
- Law firm experience from 2017 (property and residential conveyancing) then dispute
resolution from 2018
- Advocacy
- Advising and assisting in relation to all forms of property dispute
- Experience of dealing with court proceedings pertaining to, and advising on, a range of
contentious matters, such as breaches of contract, possession of property proceedings,
boundary disputes, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act claims, and all forms of
debt claims
- Experience in dealing with pre-action protocols
- Drafting legal documents, including Claim Forms, Defences, Counter-Claims and Witness
statements
- Advising as to the instruction of, and liaising with, barristers and expert witnesses
