Chelsea has worked for Eric Robinson Solicitors since 2021, starting as a Trainee Solicitor, she is now a qualified Solicitor working in the Residential Conveyancing team in our Winchester office. Experience and expertise
- Law firm experience since 2018, having worked as a Paralegal previously in Lender Services and Property Finance.
- Over 4 years’ experience including Company and Commercial, Residential Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution, and Employment work.
- Advising and assisting with all aspects of buying and selling residential property, including carrying out due diligence checks, drafting of contracts, investigating titles, raising and responding to enquiries, reporting on mortgage offers, obtaining searches and reporting the results to clients.
- Advising and assisting with transfers of equity.
- Advising and assisting with all pre-exchange work, exchanging contracts, and attending to the completion of transactions.
- Attending to all post-completion formalities including responding to any requisitions raised by HM Land Registry and any leasehold post-completion requirements.
