Natasha is a Trainee Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Succession department and is currently based at the firm’s Chandlers Ford office. Natasha joined the firm in 2024, previously assisting the Dispute Resolution team with all types of disputes relating to Wills, Trusts, Probate and proceedings in the Court of Protection. Natasha commenced her seat in the Wills, Trusts and Succession department in May 2025 and assists with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the administration of both simple and complex Estates. Natasha values delivering a supportive and straightforward service to her clients.

- Over 4 years’ experience in the Court of Protection, and Contentious Probate
- Advising and assisting clients on Wills, both simple and complex, Estate and tax planning, trusts, probate and intestate estates.
- Advising and assisting clients in relation to all aspects of estate administration, from the registration of death to the obtaining of a grant of representation.
- Advising and assisting clients regarding all aspects of non-contentious applications to the Court of Protection.
- Advising and assisting clients in relation to all aspects concerning the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising and assisting with disputes concerning Wills, including claims challenging the validity of Wills for a variety of reasons
