- Preparation of Wills of all types, for estates of varying values and complexity, including the creation of trusts
- Setting up and administering trusts, including Disabled Persons Trusts, and has a particular interest in the use of trusts for tax planning and asset protection
- Advising on the tax aspect of trusts, including on creation, during their currency and on distribution to beneficiaries
- Experienced in handling very high net worth individual cases in London and the South East, including overseas assets and complex issues often involved with them
- Attending to all aspects of estate administration, including probates and intestacy
- Advising on post death arrangements, including variation, to mitigate Inheritance Tax
