Chui-Wah joined the firm in 2015 and is a Senior Solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing Department, working from our Chandlers Ford office.

- BSc (Hons) Biochemistry – RHBNC College (University of London) 1992
- CPE – University of Glamorgan – 1994
- LPC – Cardiff Law School – 1986
- Admitted as a solicitor, January 2000
Experience and Expertise
- Over 25 years of working in Residential Conveyancing, initially as a Paralegal, then as a solicitor
- Extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgage, and equity release
- Dealing with both freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles
- Experience of different legal environments, having worked in both commercial and high street practices
- Departmental Supervisor
