Ben joined the firm in May 2024 as a Conveyancing Paralegal and has previously worked in conveyancing in the local area for the last two and a half years. He has a knowledge of property within the local area and established relations with local estate agents. Ben is also working towards qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Experience And Expertise
- Six years of legal experience and from 2021 as a conveyancer.
- Experience of advising and assisting clients in relation to all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions, including the drafting of contracts, the raising of and responding to pre-contract enquiries, investigating titles, making relevant searches and reporting back to clients.
- Assisting with transfers of equity to remove parties or to add parties to or from the title to property.
- Advising and assisting in relation to the sale of property at auction.
- Experience in advising and assisting in relation to the first registration of unregistered property.
- Effecting post death changes of title.
- Advising and assisting in relation to mortgages, including new mortgages, remortgages and the redemption of existing mortgages.
- Experience of dealing with all post completion formalities and dealing with the HM Land Registry, including any requisitions raised.
