We are seeking a minimum of 1 year+ PQE Conveyancing Fee Earner (either Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join the teams at our Southampton and Hedge End offices.

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, the ability to prioritise work, confidence to work within a fast-paced environment and good attention to detail.  Proven experience in managing their own caseload.

Assistant support may be provided or could work on a self-sufficient basis.

The successful candidate will have a good level of technical knowledge and they will preferably have knowledge of case management systems.

The position is permanent and ideally full-time but we would consider part time of no less than 3 days per week.

We are looking for at least + 2 years PQE Employment Paralegal to join the team at our busy offices in either Winchester or Hedge End.

The candidate will be required to:

  • Advise on all aspects of employment law
  • Provide day to day guidance and advice to clients regarding resolving disputes in the workplace and settlement agreements
  • Provide clients with advice on employment rights and obligations
  • Draft and review employment contracts
  • Keep up to date with employment law and changes in legislation
  • Assist the commercial department with business transactions involving employees and TUPE etc.

Good communication skills are essential, as fee earners are required to communicate regularly with clients when taking instructions and giving advice. They will have previous experience in the areas above and be able to manage and prioritise their own caseload.

The ideal candidate’s technical knowledge will be strong, and they will preferably have knowledge of case management systems and an ability to use online systems.

The role is permanent & full time.

We are looking for an experienced archivist to undertake the following tasks:

  • Complete all file archiving processes across all offices in the Eric Robinson Solicitors group
  • Excellent working knowledge of archiving systems & how to process requests for file returns
  • Ensure all filing systems are well organised and comply with office procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date records on files which reflect status of the matter
  • Closure of files as required by the departments and fee earners
  • Observe confidentiality in all matters both internal and external and maintain an awareness of the need for data protection

The candidate will need to:

  • Possess and maintain a good working knowledge of all processes, procedures, and precedents within the Firm and keep up to date with any changes
  • Proficient in MS Office and case management systems/databases and keep up to date with any changes

We are looking for Legal Assistants to join our friendly Conveyancing teams in both Richmond and Lymington. The roles involve providing support to 1 or more Conveyancing fee earners in busy high street offices, so good organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise work is essential.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important as candidates will be required to communicate regularly and professionally with clients and stakeholders. Proven experience in accuracy and attention to detail is important as the role will involve completion of legal documents and the use of our online case management systems.

The ideal candidates will have similar previous working experience and possess a good working knowledge of conveyancing legal work.

Working Pattern:

The role is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours / 5 days per week), although part-time hours would be considered. No weekend working.
