Family Lawyer (All PQE’s considered) – Chandlers Ford

We are looking for a Family Lawyer to join our expanding team.  

The preferred location for the role is Chandlers Ford however working from any of the firm’s other offices would also be considered.

The role is permanent and preferably full time (37.5 hours per week) although part time hours would be considered.

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of Family Law work including Divorce, Financial Settlement, Child Arrangements, Domestic Abuse, Co-habitation, Pre & Post-Nuptial Agreements, Separation Agreements and Civil Partnerships.

Good communication skills are essential, and candidates will be required to communicate regularly with clients for instructions and to give advice. Technical knowledge of Family Law is crucial.  The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in advocacy and will be able to deal with their own case load.

The candidate should have knowledge of case management systems and an ability to use online systems. 

Commercial Property Lawyer – all office locations considered

We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join our growing team.

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of commercial property work.  This includes, but is not limited to, buying and selling freehold and leasehold property, and acting in relation to new, or existing leases, either from the perspective of the landlord or tenant.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is having confidence and detailed knowledge of commercial property.  The successful candidate will be required to manage their own caseload and client relationships.

The ideal candidate’s technical knowledge will be strong and they will preferably have knowledge of case management systems and an ability to use online systems.

 

Corporate Lawyer – all office locations considered

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our growing firm.

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of corporate work including buying and selling limited companies (share sales/purchases) and businesses (asset sales/purchase), company formation and restructuring, general corporate advice and shareholders agreements.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is having confidence and detailed knowledge of corporate law and procedures.  The successful candidate will be required to manage their own caseload and client relationships.

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team at our Lymington office.

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of residential Conveyancing. The work involves freehold and leasehold conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build, and shared ownership.

Good communication skills are essential, and candidates will be required to communicate regularly with clients for instructions and to give advice.  They will need to expedite transactions and to respond swiftly to enquiries, draft documents, research details about properties being bought or sold and undertake all work associated with the exchange, completion and post-completion of properties, including registration.

The ideal candidate’s technical knowledge will be good and excellent communication skills are a must. They will ideally have knowledge of case management systems, and an ability to use online systems such as those used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc.

You should be able to work self-sufficiently and have good computer skills.

We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join the established team at our Chandlers Ford office.

The role will involve providing support to Conveyancing Fee Earners across all aspects of residential Conveyancing. The work involves freehold and leasehold conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build, and shared ownership.

Dispute Resolution Assistant/Paralegal – Southampton (Hedge End)

We are looking for an Assistant or Paralegal to join the established team Dispute Resolution Team at our Southampton (Hedge End) office.

The role will involve providing support to the department’s 6 fee earners across all aspects of civil litigation work.

The work will primarily focus on property litigation, commercial litigation, contentious Probate and debt recovery.  

Good communication skills are essential, and candidates will be required to communicate regularly with clients.  

The candidate will ideally have knowledge of case management systems, as well as online court filing and Bundledocs or similar.  

You should have good computer skills.
