Faye is an Associate Solicitor who specialises in commercial real estate. She originally joined Eric Robinson Solicitors in 2017 as a newly qualified solicitor. She has since gained exposure working internationally for a multitude of clients and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of commercial property. Faye acts for a wide variety of clients across a broad range of sectors, including start-ups to established SMEs. She is always happy to discuss matters with those requiring advice on any aspect of commercial property law.

Experience and Expertise
- Sale and purchase of freehold or leasehold commercial property.
- Acting for landowners or developers in relation to pre-emption rights, option agreements and conditional contracts, subject to planning.
- Advising tenants, assignees, and landlords in relation to the assignment or transfer of leases.
- Granting of new leases and underleases of commercial premises.
- Negotiating and advising on leases, rent deposit deeds and licences on behalf of landlords or tenants.
- Advising on deeds of variation, licences for alterations, surrenders etc in relation to existing leases.
- Providing independent legal advice on personal guarantees including for directors of limited companies.
- Advising and assisting with Section 106 planning agreements, Deeds of easement.
- Advising and assisting with loan agreements and other forms of secured lending.
