Jo Harris

Jo joined Eric Robinson Solicitors in February 2021, and heads up the HR and Operations function. Previously held many senior HR and Operational positions across top high street retailer brands, Jo is a believer in putting employee experience first and assisting people reach their full potential. Through leading talent acquisition programs Jo has developed individuals, enabling them to deliver first class performance and services to consumers. Jo has extensive experience in strategy and process improvement which enables the firm to deliver daily operational outcomes and also provides expertise advise to senior management in order to help support the firms strategy and future success. Jo also holds the CIPD level 5 qualification in People Management (HR) and Jo is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
