Jo Fleming
Jo joined the firm in May 2006 as a Conveyancing Executive and has over the years worked not only in the Conveyancing Department, but also within the management team for the firm as a whole. Jo now heads up one of the largest conveyancing departments on the South Coast.

Experience and Expertise
- Over 20 years’ experience in all areas of residential conveyancing
- Advising and assisting with all aspects of buying and selling residential property, including the drafting of contracts, the raising and responding to enquiries, investigating title, and making relevant searches. Exchanging contracts, and attending to completion of the transaction
- Advising and assisting in relation to the redemption of mortgages and, where appropriate, the granting of re-mortgages and further charges
- Advising and assisting with the Help to Buy Scheme
- Advising and assisting with Shared Ownership
- Advising and assisting with transfers of equity
- Drafting leases, and advising as to deeds of variation and rectification
- Advising and assisting in relation to the preparation of Declarations of Trust
- Advising and assisting in relation to lease extensions
- Advising as to adverse possession claims
- Reconstructing titles
- Advising, assisting, and preparing transfers of part where appropriate
- Advising and assisting in relation to equity release mortgages
- Liaising with developers concerning the acquisition of new build properties
