Countess Mountbatten Hospice has expressed its gratitude to leading local law firm, Eric Robinson Solicitors for raising over three thousand pounds during its annual ‘Make a Will Fortnight’.

Eric Robinson Solicitors has received the news that their efforts in aid of Countess Mountbatten Hospice during the charity’s annual ‘Make A Will Fortnight’ fundraising initiative have resulted in a total donation of £3,251.00.

Specialists in Wills, Trusts and Succession planning wrote Wills for the supporters of the hospice which is located on Botley Road in Southampton, in return for donations which enable the hospice to continue to care for people living with a terminal illness and their families.

‘Eric Robinson Solicitors’ work has made a substantial contribution to our overall total for the fortnight, which stands at £12,202.25,’ says Lorraine Pink, Head of Income Generation at Countess Mountbatten Hospice.

‘In addition to vital funds for the hospice, we hope the event has raised awareness of the services provided by the firm and emphasised the benefits and importance of making a Will to the wider public.’

‘I know I speak for the whole team when I say how delighted we are with the result of our support for such a worthwhile cause,’ says Richard Wallace-Lower, Head of Wills, Trusts and Succession at Eric Robinson Solicitors.

‘The Countess Mountbatten Hospice does outstanding work that is highly valued by thousands of patients each year, their loved ones and the surrounding community. We look forward to participating again in 2019.’
