Continual Staff Development at Eric Robinson Solicitors

Following the recent nomination for ‘Best Law Firm’ at the National Paralegal Awards, Eric Robinson Solicitors are delighted to recognise the achievements of many of its employees.


Head of HR, Debbie Sansome, is proud to announce that following the introduction of the firm’s ‘Develop Me’ programme, many employees from the firm have undertaken additional training, whilst still working full-time, to improve their knowledge and develop their personal skills.

In the last month, the firm saw three members, of the nine office firm, qualify into new roles following extensive studying and training:Laura Kennedy joined the film in February 2018 as a Paralegal working in the Commercial Property department in Vanbrugh House, Southampton.  She studied the LPC (Legal Practice Course) part-time and successfully completed her studies this month.  She has now begun a Training Contract with the firm to qualify as a Trainee Solicitor after a period of 18 months.Hannah Jones has working at the firm since 2012 and is based in Hedge End.  She has worked as a paralegal since 2017 and recently completed her studies in the CLT Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Residential Conveyancing.Tamlyn Daye joined the Basingstoke office in 2017 and has worked with the wills, trusts & succession, criminal defence and residential conveyancing teams.  She has completed her Paralegal qualification in Residential Conveyancing. 

Other employees soon to progress throughout the ranks of the firm are Nadine Baynes who will complete her training contract in July and qualify into the Wills team in the Bitterne office, Donna Williams, also based in Bitterne, who will finish her Paralegal qualification in Family Law, and Helly Eden from the Bracknell office who will complete her Paralegal qualification in Residential Conveyancing.
