Mark Ristic


Mark joined the firm in April 2021, as a Senior Executive in the Residential Conveyancing department and brings extensive experience of all matters relating to residential conveyancing to Eric Robinson Solicitors. Mark works from our London (Richmond) office.

Qualifications and Professional Memberships

  • Admitted as a Licensed Conveyancer with the CLC, June 2014
  • Member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement
  • Bachelor of Science (Hons) Chemistry

 

Experience and Expertise

  • Dealing with all matters relating to conveyancing including:
  • Drafting Leases, Deeds of Variation, Transfers of Part and other complex legal documents
  • Acting for buyers and sellers for purchases and sales of residential property and some commercial property
  • Drafting contracts, investigating title, raising, and responding to pre-contract enquiries and requisitions on title. Advising as to the making of relevant searches, exchanging contracts, and attending to completion and registration of transactions.
  • Advising and assisting in relation to auction sales and purchases
  • Advising and assisting as to transfers of equity
  • Advising and assisting in relation to the granting of commercial and private mortgages, and the redemption of existing mortgages
  • Acting for landlords or tenants in lease extension and enfranchisement matters
  • Acting for developers in site acquisition, s106 agreements and financial charges
  • Preparation of leases or transfers for plot sales for developers
  • Dealing with and preparing adverse possession, Right to Buy transactions, Right to Manage and Rights of First Refusal Claims
  • Advising as to, and negotiating the removal of restrictive covenants, and the granting of easements
  • Advising and assisting with shared ownership and staircasing, and the Government Help to Buy scheme
  • Advising flat management companies and landlords
  • Assisting litigation and private client departments with conveyancing advice and law
