Julie Doe re-joined the firm in 2020 after being with us previously for almost 11 years. Julie is a Senior Solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing Department, working from our Chandlers Ford office.

Qualifications and Professional Memberships

  • Law degree, Staffordshire University, graduated 1998
  • LPC, Staffordshire University, graduated 1999
  • Admitted as a solicitor, November 2001


Experience and Expertise

  • Over 21 years of working in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Advising and assisting with all aspects of buying and selling residential property, including the drafting of contracts, the raising and responding to enquiries, investigating title, and making relevant searches. Exchanging contracts, and attending to completion of the transaction
  • Advising and assisting in relation to the redemption of mortgages and, where appropriate, the granting of re-mortgages and further charges
  • Advising and assisting with the Help to Buy Scheme
  • Advising and assisting with Shared Ownership
  • Advising and assisting with transfers of equity
  • Drafting leases, and advising as to deeds of variation and rectification
  • Advising and assisting in relation to the preparation of Declarations of Trust
  • Advising and assisting in relation to lease extensions
  • Advising as to adverse possession claims
  • Reconstructing titles
  • Advising, assisting, and preparing transfers of part where appropriate
  • Advising and assisting in relation to equity release mortgages
  • Departmental supervisor
