Regular Salary Reviews

All employees have their salaries reviewed on a regular basis and are paid in line with the going market rate.

Performance Related Bonus

Fee earners are eligible for a discretionary bonus of up to £12,000 gross per annum, paid monthly.

Legal Assistants are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on department performance, and this is paid monthly.

25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus paid birthday leave

To make you feel special on your birthday, we give everyone their birthday off. If your birthday falls on a non-working day, you can take this day off on an alternative day during the week of your birthday.

This will be a paid day off, which we hope will give you even more reason and more opportunity to celebrate your birthday.

Online review bonuses

All members of staff have the ability to earn bonuses where clients leave online reviews praising good service.  These bonuses are paid on a monthly basis and not at the financial year end.

Employee Referral Bonus

We value the opinion of our employees so we actively encourage our employees to recommend someone they know, who could be a great fit for us. Any successful referral attracts a gross Referral Bonus of up to £2,000.

Private Healthcare – Simply Health Subscription

All our employees are provided with a Simply Health subscription at no cost. These subscriptions entitle our employees to same day 24/7 virtual GP consultations as well as discounted dental care and other wellbeing features.

Discounted Gym, Fitness & Leisure Membership

Available at various locations and facilities.

Automatic Pension Enrolment

We want to give all our employees the opportunity to start to plan for their retirement therefore we offer a Group Personal Pension Plan operated by Scottish Widows.

All employees who are classed as ‘eligible’ under the Automatic Enrolment rules, will be automatically enrolled into our standard pension scheme after completion of 3 months service. Our minimum employee pension contribution is 4% of your salary and the Firm match this with a 4% employer pension contribution, which gives you an 8% total pension contribution.

We also offer employees the opportunity to enhance their pension contributions through pension salary sacrifice. This allows us to mutually agree to pay you differently and enables both the employee and employer to benefit from National Insurance (NI) savings. Not only do you gain from savings on your NI but you also benefit as we pass on 50% of the savings we make on employer NI to you.

Life Insurance – Death in Service

Admittedly not the most cheerful benefit to draw your attention to. However, this is a significant benefit that could provide financial security (equivalent to 3 times your salary) to your nominated beneficiaries in the event of your death during your employment with Eric Robinson Solicitors.

All permanent employees (under 65 years old) are automatically entitled to this benefit on commencement, so you have the benefit of the peace of mind and protection offered by this scheme from your very first day until you reach the age of 65.

Discounted Legal Services

Our employees may be entitled to discounted legal services depending on the nature and extent of the matter and we may also be able to offer discounts to close family members who you refer to us.
